Job Description

We are a growing real estate company looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities
  • Maintain basic computer work (Excel, WhatsApp, emails, data entry)
  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist in day-to-day office handling

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and punctual
  • Prior admin or office experience preferred (not mandatory)
