Job Description

  • Recruitment & Relationship Building: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents/partners; nurture strong, long-term relationships with them.
  • Training & Development: Conduct product training, sales techniques, and platform usage (apps/portals) for agents; provide motivation and support.
  • Sales & Performance Management: Set goals, monitor sales metrics, provide feedback, and ensure agents meet/exceed targets.
  • Market & Strategy: Analyze market trends, implement marketing strategies, and adjust plans for growth.
  • Operations & Compliance: Manage daily operations, ensure adherence to regulations, and handle basic support for agents.
