Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent activities, provide coaching, and address any issues that may arise.
- Build strong relationships with existing agents to increase sales performance and retention rates.
- Identify, recruit, and train new agents to expand the agency network.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through local area network (LAN) development.
