AGM Planning

Incumbent will have mechanical engineering background with experience in engineering, project management, good communication skill and execution (desirable) in thermal power/infrastructure sector.

            - Project Planning:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for all phases of the power project.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Liaise with internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution and compliance.

  • Risk & Compliance Management:
    Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
    Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead team, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Contract & Procurement Oversight:
    Manage contracts, procurement schedules, and vendor performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
