Aptitude Trainer

 Job Description (JD): Aptitude Trainer Role Summary The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions that simplify complex concepts. The goal is to improve the problem solving speed and accuracy of students while maintaining high engagement levels in the classroom. Key Responsibilities ● ● ● ● ● Curriculum Delivery: Conduct full-time training sessions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation. Content Development: Design and update practice modules, mock tests, and shortcut technique handouts. Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through regular diagnostic tests and provide constructive feedback. Strategy Building: Teach time-management strategies and "smart work" techniques for solving competitive exam questions. Mentorship: Guide students through the placement process and help them overcome anxiety related to technical and aptitude assessments. Technical Skills Required ● ● ● Quantitative Aptitude: Number Systems, Arithmetic (Percent, Profit/ Loss, Interest), Algebra, Geometry, and Modern Math. Logical Reasoning: Syllogisms, Seating Arrangements, Coding Decoding, Blood Relations, and Analytical Reasoning. Data Interpretation: Tables, Pie Charts, Bar Graphs, and Caselets. Candidate Profile ● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA/ B.Tech preferred). Experience: Prior experience in coaching for CAT, GRE, GMAT, or ● ● Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) is highly desirable. ● ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
