Job Description
Designation : Area Sales Manager
• Open new accounts (Current, Savings, FD, RD)
• Acquire new accounts (Current, Savings, FD, RD) within branch area
• Activate accounts, promote UPI, boost savings balance, and sell insurance
• Engage in branch activities and migration events
• Build relationships with internal teams and leverage existing connections
• Conduct cost-effective micro marketing for lead generation in the area
Candidate Profile :
• Qualification : Graduate
• Experience : Min 1 year of CASA Sales / Banking / Finance / Insurance / NBFC
• Good Communication Skills
• Age criteria : 21 to 32 YEARS
