Associate Manager – RD (Canada Team)

Location: Vadodara, India

Function: Operations

Role Overview

The Associate Manager – RD (Canada Team) is responsible for leading RD operations to ensure high‑quality, right‑first‑time delivery. This role focuses on people leadership, operational excellence, quality governance, and strong stakeholder partnership across Canada‑focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • RD Operations & Delivery

 

    • Lead end‑to‑end RD delivery for Canada, ensuring SLA, quality, and client expectation adherence
    • Drive strong RFT execution through process discipline and continuous improvement
    • Manage delivery planning, capacity, workload, and timelines

 

  • People Management

 

    • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive capability and performance
    • Set goals, track KPIs, provide feedback, and support career growth
    • Build a high‑performing and accountable team culture

 

  • Quality & Process Excellence

 

    • Monitor and report quality metrics with actionable insights
    • Lead RCA, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Champion operational excellence and process optimization

 

  • Stakeholder & Client Management

 

    • Act as escalation point for operational and quality issues
    • Partner with Client Services, Enablement, and Operations to meet delivery commitments
    • Communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively
    • Build strong stakeholder relationships and support positive client outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Proven people management and coaching experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in operations, quality governance, and process improvement
