With rapid expansion, we are looking for customer-focused Service Advisors to manage client interactions and ensure a luxury service experience.

Job Role:

Service Advisor We are seeking confident and professional Service Advisors who can build trust with customers, explain services, and ensure smooth operations between clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle detailing/repair requirements.
• Explain available services (PPF, Graphene & Ceramic Coating, Polishing, Hydrodip, etc.) with confidence.
• Prepare job cards, estimate costs, and manage customer approvals.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely and accurate service delivery.
• Conduct quality checks before handing over the vehicle to customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
• Upsell premium services and packages to maximize customer value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Relationship Executive preferred (Automobile/Car Detailing industry).
• Strong communication & presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic technical knowledge of car detailing and minor vehicle repair.
• Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
• Sales & target-oriented mindset.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM usage).
