Job Description

We are hiring for our client company in the Consumer Durables industry, a reputed organization offering high-quality products. The company is expanding its B2B and institutional sales operations across Gujarat and is looking for dedicated professionals to strengthen its client base in North and South Gujarat.


Work Locations:

  • Vadodara – covering South Gujarat region
  • Ahmedabad – covering North Gujarat region


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate offices, manufacturing units, and industrial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers (Admin, Purchase, Facility teams).
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and ensure timely order execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly institutional/B2B sales targets.
  • Track competitor activities and provide periodic market insights.
  • Maintain client database and sales reports regularly.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2–6 years in B2B / Institutional / Corporate Sales, preferably in Consumer Durables
  • Strong understanding of corporate and industrial sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with proven ability to achieve business objectives.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within assigned zones.
  • Education: Graduate or MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
