 Key responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, Quotation, tracking, and fulfillment. 
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels. 
• Customer Support: Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. 
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making. 
• Coordination with Sales Team: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
