Job Description

  • Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
  • Perform data entry, file management, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, quotations, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
  • Manage company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and publish engaging content, graphics, reels, and posts.
  • Design basic marketing materials (brochures, banners, product posts).
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads / Google Ads preferred).
  • Work on website updates, SEO content, product uploads (if applicable).
  • Monitor performance analytics and prepare weekly marketing reports.
  • Plan marketing campaigns, email marketing, lead generation & branding.
