Back Office Executive

We are looking for a highly organized IT Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our material orders. You will be responsible for sourcing IT equipment from our network of distributors and ensuring timely, accurate delivery to our customers based on their Purchase Orders (POs). Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management: Source and purchase IT materials from various approved distributors based on customer requirements.

Order Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between distributors and customers to ensure the right material reaches the right destination.

Logistics Tracking: Oversee the delivery schedule and troubleshoot any delays or shipping discrepancies to meet PO deadlines.

Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive and real-time Excel database tracking every step of the activity—from initial quote to final delivery confirmation.

Inventory & Documentation: Ensure all POs, invoices, and delivery challans are accurately filed and matched.
