Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update compliance documentation, including audit findings, CAPA logs, and compliance status reports.
- Ensure documentation consistency, version control, and alignment with ISO 9001, 45001, and 27001 requirements.
- Support internal and external audits: assist in preparation, coordination, and closure of non-conformities.
- Develop and manage trackers, reports, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Liaise with departments to collect, validate, and consolidate data for audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain organized, secure, and up-to-date digital and physical compliance records.
- Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and compliance calendars.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support recruitment processes: resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding and exit formalities (documentation, checklists, coordination).
- Prepare and maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate data on attendance, leaves, and incentives.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.
- Coordinate with employees for document collection and policy communication.
- Handle HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and letters.
- Support compliance activities (PF, ESI, labor law documentation) as required.
- Respond to internal HR-related queries professionally and confidentially.
