Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update compliance documentation, including audit findings, CAPA logs, and compliance status reports.
  • Ensure documentation consistency, version control, and alignment with ISO 9001, 45001, and 27001 requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits: assist in preparation, coordination, and closure of non-conformities.
  • Develop and manage trackers, reports, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Liaise with departments to collect, validate, and consolidate data for audits and compliance checks.
  • Maintain organized, secure, and up-to-date digital and physical compliance records.
  • Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and compliance calendars.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support recruitment processes: resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with onboarding and exit formalities (documentation, checklists, coordination).
  • Prepare and maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate data on attendance, leaves, and incentives.
  • Generate HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate with employees for document collection and policy communication.
  • Handle HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and letters.
  • Support compliance activities (PF, ESI, labor law documentation) as required.
  • Respond to internal HR-related queries professionally and confidentially.
