📄 Job Title Back Office Executive – Electrical Components

📍 Location Vadodara (Gotri Road)

💰 Salary ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

🧾 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle data entry & documentation (purchase, sales, invoices)

• Maintain customer & vendor records
• Prepare quotations for electrical products/components
• Coordinate with sales & technical team
• Manage emails, calls, and order processing
• Basic inventory tracking & stock updates
• Assist in billing, GST entries, or Tally (if required)

🎓 Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical components (preferred but not mandatory)
• Tally or ERP knowledge (added advantage)
• Attention to detail & organizational skills

👤 EligibilityGraduate / Diploma (Commerce / Electrical / Any field)

• Freshers or 0–2 years experience
• ⏰ Working HoursMonday to Saturday (office timing approx. 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) (Justdial)
