Back Office Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance Unicrop Biochem's online presence and engagement across various platforms.

2. Schedule and publish posts on social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.

3. Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to promote our products and initiatives.

4. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

5. Write blog posts, articles, and other content pieces to educate and engage our target audience.

6. Assist with back office tasks such as data entry, document management, and coordination of administrative activities.

7. Maintain a content calendar and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.

2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for business purposes.

3. Excellent writing skills with a strong command of the English language.

4. Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is preferred.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
