Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage essential administrative tasks related to sales and purchase operations. The ideal candidate should have experience with Tally Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel to handle data entry, quotations and order updates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Purchase Entry: Record transactions accurately in Tally Accounting Software.
• Quotation Preparation: Generate and manage quotations using Tally and Excel.
• Order Status Updates: Communicate with customers regarding their order progress.
• Email Correspondence: Handle professional communication with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in back-office operations is preferred.
