➢ Experienced in pastry, confectionery and all bakery products.

➢ Basic knowledge of making pasta pizza and sandwiches.

➢ Impactful presentation of desserts.

➢ Creating pastries and other items by set recipes.

➢ Custom made production according to orders and events.

➢ Developing of new recipes.

➢ Ensuring of safety and health regulations.

➢ Setting up of base kitchen and store.

➢ Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.

➢ Setting up logistics for movement of dairy products and set up control measures.

➢ Ordering of ingredients, material and supplies.

➢ Minimum experience of 1 year.

➢ Salary based upon qualification and experience.
