Bank Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Branch Coordination Daily bank branch visit and relationship building with branch staff.
• Ensure smooth communication between bank team and insurance team.
• Support branch employees to drive insurance business.
• Customer Handling Interact with walk-in and existing bank customers.
• Understand customer needs (life, protection, savings, investment plans).
• Suggest suitable insurance products based on needs.
• Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate business from bank leads and branch database.
• Follow up with customers for meetings, documents, and closure.
• Lead Management Work on bank-provided leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and update lead tracker on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely follow-ups till conversion.
• Coordinate with operations for policy issuance.
• Resolve any customer issues related to policy, documents, or service.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Reporting Update daily sales report (DSR).
• Share activity updates with team leader/manager.
