About Us: Cafe Amistoso lives up to its name—we are a friendly, community-focused space dedicated to serving exceptional coffee and creating great vibes in Vadodara. We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brewing: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages according to our standards.
• Service: Welcome guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations.
• Quality Control: Calibrate the espresso machine and grinders daily to ensure the perfect shot.
• Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Latte Art: Create consistent and appealing latte art (highly valued).

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred (but we are willing to train the right attitude!).
• Passion for coffee culture and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and basic Gujarati is a plus).
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
