Job Description:Param Wheels LLP is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to manage vehicle repair coordination and customer service at our service center. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team.
- Key Responsibilities:Inspecting vehicles and preparing repair job cards
- Providing repair cost estimates & quotations
- Coordinating with technicians for body repairs and painting
- Handling insurance and warranty-related cases
- Updating customers on repair status
- Ensuring timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Skills Required:Basic knowledge of automobile & car repairing
- Understanding of automotive painting & body repairs
- Customer handling skills
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to prepare quotation proposals
