Job Description

  • Develop the company's Dealer Network, this includes identifying potential dealers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • take regular follow ups with dealers and enhance the performance of existing dealer to achieve targets across all Gujarat.
  • Oversee the establishment, make a strategy for business growth & expansion and maintenance of the company's dealer network.
  • Implement and maintain CRM systems to streamline sales processes, payments updates and improve customer relations with dealer
  • Maintain good relationship and work closely with dealers to support their sales efforts.
  • provide support in sales, operation and after sales Support.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Address any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and effective manner, and act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on dealer performance and market trends for management review.
  • Timely calculation and payments to dealers.
  • Regularly co-ordination with accounts and dealer for payments updating.
  • Training to new dealer for company profile, CRM, Product training.
  • Self-assessment of his own dealer expansion target.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of government policies and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Previous experience in dealer management or sales support, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


Work Conditions:

  • Frequent travel within Gujarat.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solar field experience preferred.
