Job Description
- Develop the company's Dealer Network, this includes identifying potential dealers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- take regular follow ups with dealers and enhance the performance of existing dealer to achieve targets across all Gujarat.
- Oversee the establishment, make a strategy for business growth & expansion and maintenance of the company's dealer network.
- Implement and maintain CRM systems to streamline sales processes, payments updates and improve customer relations with dealer
- Maintain good relationship and work closely with dealers to support their sales efforts.
- provide support in sales, operation and after sales Support.
- Cultivate strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and trust.
- Address any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and effective manner, and act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer performance and market trends for management review.
- Timely calculation and payments to dealers.
- Regularly co-ordination with accounts and dealer for payments updating.
- Training to new dealer for company profile, CRM, Product training.
- Self-assessment of his own dealer expansion target.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of government policies and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Previous experience in dealer management or sales support, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Work Conditions:
- Frequent travel within Gujarat.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Solar field experience preferred.
