• 🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• 🚗 Visit client sites, contractors, and construction locations to generate business opportunities.
• 📈 Promote and demonstrate epoxy flooring products to potential customers and decision-makers.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• 📊 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market trends.
• 📝 Prepare and submit daily visit reports, leads generated, and project updates.
• 📞 Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close deals.
• 🛠️ Provide basic technical guidance on-site related to epoxy flooring solutions.
• 📍 Travel across Bangalore and surrounding regions for marketing activities.
• ✅ Candidate Requirements:
• 🧑‍🔧 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the Epoxy flooring industry (mandatory)
• 🚀 Proven track record in field marketing or B2B sales
• 🧭 Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• 🧠 Good knowledge of epoxy products, application methods, and industry challenges
• 🗣️ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

🧾 Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/ Graduate (preferred)
