About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the advertising, media, and PR domain. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries
• Pitch advertising, media, and PR solutions to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and propose customized communication strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a database of leads and track conversion progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of advertising, media, or PR industry preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 during probation

Probation Period: 6 months
