Job Description
The Business Development cum HR Field Executive is a diversified and high-responsibility role involving market business generation, franchise sales, business plan selling, and field-level recruitment. This position requires a self-starter, disciplined, result-oriented professional who can independently manage field operations, generate revenue, recruit manpower, and maintain strict reporting as per company SOP.
This is not a desk job.
- Business Development & Revenue Generation.
- Generate new business from the market by selling Friss India Franchise Models and Business Plans
- Conduct daily field visits, market surveys, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Pitch company offerings to potential franchise partners and business associates
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Build and maintain a strong local market presence for Friss India
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets
Franchise & Business Plan Sales. Explain franchise structures, investment models, and business benefits clearly.
- Identify serious prospects and convert them into active partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and activation
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective franchise clients
- Ensure ethical selling practices aligned with company guidelines
HR & Field Recruitment Responsibilities. Recruit field executives, sales staff, and operational resources as required.
- Source candidates through field references, local hiring, and networking
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with management
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of recruited candidates
- Monitor basic discipline, attendance, and reporting of the recruited team
Team Handling & Coordination. Guide and motivate field-level team members to achieve targets
- Act as a link between management and ground-level staff
- Ensure team members follow SOPs, reporting structure, and timelines
- Provide regular feedback on team performance and challenges
Reporting & Compliance (Mandatory)Strict adherence to Login–Logout timings
- Daily EOD (End of Day) reports without exception
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, and closures
- Follow all company SOPs, policies, and operational instructions
- Transparency and accountability in all activities.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable)Languages Required:
- ✔ English

- ✔ Gujarati

- ✔ Own 2-wheeler bike
