Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
