Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in both domestic and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities🔹 Domestic Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate leads from Indian market.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Close high-ticket deals for digital marketing, automation & branding services.
  • Maintain CRM and follow-up system.
  • 🔹 International Business DevelopmentGenerate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Manage international client communication (US, UK, UAE, etc.).
  • Handle proposal writing and bidding.
  • Conduct discovery calls and requirement analysis.
  • Close projects and ensure smooth handover to operations team.
  • Build long-term global partnerships.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing/IT service sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Understanding of international sales process.
  • Target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure & achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Excellent English communication (mandatory for international market).
