We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and high-performing female Business Development Executive with solid experience in the forex/trading/financial services sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of closing high-value deals—minimum one deal worth ₹2 Crores or more—and possess strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship management,.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for QTM related financial services.

Develop strategies to generate quality leads and close high-ticket deals.

Manage and expand relationships with Distributors.

Deliver persuasive presentations and commercial proposals.

Drive follow-ups, negotiations, and closures to meet sales targets.

Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates.

🔹 Candidate Profile

Female candidate with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in business development within the forex or financial services industry.

Must have successfully closed at least high-value forex deal (₹2 Crores or more).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong network among investment clients is an added advantage.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communication.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. (MBA preferred)
