Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales for our healthcare IT solutions, including cloud-based medical imaging storage (DICOM/PACS), EHR integrations, and AI-powered diagnostic platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B healthcare sales, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centers, radiology labs, and clinics
- Sell solutions such as:
- Cloud DICOM storage / PACS systems
- Advanced medical imaging viewers (CT, CCTA, MRI)
- EHR/EMR integration solutions
- AI-based diagnostic tools
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings (online/offline)
- Manage the complete sales cycle (lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure)
- Work closely with the technical team for custom solutions and onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track pipeline and update CRM regularly
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales (Healthcare / SaaS / IT preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (radiology, EHR, billing)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in international sales (US/Global clients) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle high-value deals
- Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience selling:
- PACS / RIS / DICOM solutions
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure healthcare solutions)
- Medical billing / RCM software
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security
- Existing network with hospitals or diagnostic chains
- KPIs / Performance MetricsMonthly revenue & deal closures
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Demo-to-conversion ratio
- Client retention and upsell revenue
