Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales for our healthcare IT solutions, including cloud-based medical imaging storage (DICOM/PACS), EHR integrations, and AI-powered diagnostic platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B healthcare sales, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centers, radiology labs, and clinics
  • Sell solutions such as:
  • Cloud DICOM storage / PACS systems
  • Advanced medical imaging viewers (CT, CCTA, MRI)
  • EHR/EMR integration solutions
  • AI-based diagnostic tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings (online/offline)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle (lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure)
  • Work closely with the technical team for custom solutions and onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales (Healthcare / SaaS / IT preferred)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (radiology, EHR, billing)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in international sales (US/Global clients) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-value deals
  • Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience selling:
  • PACS / RIS / DICOM solutions
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure healthcare solutions)
  • Medical billing / RCM software
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security
  • Existing network with hospitals or diagnostic chains
  • KPIs / Performance MetricsMonthly revenue & deal closures
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Demo-to-conversion ratio
  • Client retention and upsell revenue
