☕ BARISTA – Job RoleExperience Required: Minimum 1–2 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, etc.)
• Operate and maintain professional coffee machines & grinders
• Ensure consistent taste, temperature, and presentation
• Maintain coffee bar cleanliness, hygiene, and stock levels
• Guide guests on coffee selections and pairings
• Follow SOPs for brewing, milk texturing, and service
• Handle rush hours efficiently while maintaining quality

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, grind size, extraction & milk frothing
• Passion for coffee and customer interaction
• Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

🍽 RESTAURANT SERVICE STAFF – Job RoleExperience Required: Minimum 1–2 years

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional table service to guests
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen & bar
• Serve food and beverages as per brand presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and special requests politely
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs
• Support upselling of desserts, beverages, and specials

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic food & beverage service
• Grooming and professional body language
• Ability to handle peak service hours

🧁 CAFÉ STAFF – Job Role Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in hospitality

Responsibilities:

• Counter service for pastries, desserts, and takeaway orders
• Proper handling, display, and packaging of bakery products
• Billing, POS handling, and cash/card transactions
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
• Support baristas and service staff during busy hours

Skills Required:

• Customer-friendly attitude
• Basic billing & POS knowledge
• Hygiene awareness and product handling skills
• ⏰ Work Details Shift Duration: 9–10 hours
• Weekly Off: 1 day
• Location: Vadodara
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Experience: Hospitality experience is mandatory
