Call Center BPO Executive / Customer Support Executive

Job Summary : A Call Center BPO Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions on behalf of clients, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through phone calls, emails, or chat support.

  • Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet daily call handling and performance targets
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive client relationship
