Job Description:We are a Crane Rental Service provider looking for a Customer Calling Executive to handle incoming inquiries from Justdial, IndiaMART, and Google. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand their crane requirements, and convert inquiries into business.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming inquiries for crane rental services
• Call customers and understand their requirements (crane type, location, duration)
• Provide basic information about available crane services
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into bookings
• Coordinate with the operations team for job details
• Maintain customer data and records

• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati required)
• Basic English understanding
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Sales mindset and follow-up skills

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
