Job Description

  • Estimation, Rate Analysis & Costing
  • Prepare detailed estimates based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Carry out rate analysis for civil items as per SOR, market rates, and project requirements
  • Perform project costing and budgeting, including material, labour, and equipment costs
  • Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets
  • Analyze cost variations, extra items, and deviation statements
  • Assist in tender pricing, bid evaluation, and comparative statements
  • Coordinate with site team for actual vs estimated cost tracking
  • Update cost data based on market rate changes and site feedback
  • Support billing (RA/final bills) and cost-related documentation
  • Maintain proper cost records and estimation files
