Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the structural integrity of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

2. Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

.4. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that civil works meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

5. Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client to facilitate smooth project execution.

6. Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

8. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site, conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions to mitigate hazards and minimize incidents.

Qualifications and Skills:n

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Proven track record of managing civil construction projects within budget and timeline constraints.

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not mandatory.
