Client Relationship Executive

Dholera Infra Development Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and professional Client Relationship Executive to manage inbound and outbound client communication and assist with site visit coordination for real-estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
2. Explain company projects, offerings, and investment opportunities
3. Schedule, coordinate, and assist clients during site visits
4. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reports
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships
6. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth closures

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong verbal communication skills
2. Fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage)
3. Professional attitude and client-handling skills
4. Ability to understand customer requirements and respond effectively
5. Prior experience in real estate, telesales, or customer handling is preferred
