Job Description: CNC Machine Programmer Position: CNC Machine Programmer

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

Skill Requirement: Strong knowledge of CNC programming codes (G-Code, M-Code)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Programmer with at least 2 years of practical, hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine setup, and operations. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of G-codes, M-codes, tool paths, machine parameters, and machining processes.

• Key Responsibilities: Develop and write CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Set up CNC machines (lathe, milling, VMC, etc.) as per job requirements.
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
• Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy.
• Optimize programs for improved efficiency and production output.
• Troubleshoot programming errors and machine issues.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain machine logs, program records, and tool usage reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and machining protocols.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as CNC Programmer.
• Strong working knowledge of G-code, M-code, machining cycles, and tool paths.
• Ability to operate and program CNC Lathe / Milling / VMC machines.
• Understanding of materials (MS, SS, Aluminum, etc.) and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist preferred.
• Optional Skills (Good to Have):Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Basic CNC maintenance knowledge.
• Experience working in precision components or manufacturing industry.
