Costing/Estimation Head

Lead the cost estimation and pricing strategy for all furniture products and projects.

Develop and maintain detailed costing models covering materials, labor, overheads, and logistics.

Review and analyze bill of materials (BOMs), technical drawings, and specifications to derive accurate costs.

Monitor material consumption, waste factors, and production efficiency to ensure cost control and profitability.

Collaborate with design and production teams to provide cost insights during the product development stage.

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal material pricing and sourcing efficiency.

Conduct variance analysis between estimated and actual costs; identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Provide cost reports and profitability analysis to senior management for decision-making.

Establish and maintain costing databases and ensure data integrity.

Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or timelines
