Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and receipts using the POS system.
- Handle cash, card, or digital payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and display area.
- Manage inventory at the counter, and notify the manager of stock shortages.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with the back-office or warehouse team for order fulfillment.
