Job Description
A Counter Sales Person is responsible for assisting walk-in customers by understanding their needs, explaining product features, and recommending suitable items. The role includes handling billing and cash/card transactions, maintaining proper display of products at the counter, and ensuring accurate stock availability. The counter sales person also resolves basic customer queries, provides after-sales support information, and maintains a polite, professional approach to enhance customer satisfaction.
