Job Description

* Answering customer questions and queries through Incoming & Outgoing call.

* Proactively, plan – how to encourage customers give feedback.

* Providing quick solutions to resolve customer issues

* Analyte customer feedback, identify areas of improvement, customer priorities, our strength.

* Updating customers on Booking status or information

* Providing product recommendations or suggestions

* Handle Service Complaints, track them and get it resolved internally in time bound manner.

* Record Customer Feedback in the System.

* Guiding customers in using products or services
