Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling international customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers (US/UK/Australia process).
• Understand customer needs and promote products/services accordingly.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Update customer details accurately in CRM systems.
• Resolve customer queries and objections professionally.
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts
• Experience in international BPO/sales process is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
