Customer Sales Representative - International BPO

Shift: Night Shift/US Shift (6 PM to 3:30 AM)

Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday-Sunday Fixed off)

Job Type: Full time/Permanent

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job description:

• Make outbound calls to prospects from lead lists or company-generated databases
• Follow up on leads to nurture them and drive conversions
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track lead progress

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication (written and Verbal)
• Experience: 0–5 years. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
• Open to all educational backgrounds. Graduation is not required.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (US hours).
• Candidates must be based in Vadodara, and if not, be open to relocation
