Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Timing : 2 pm to 11 pm / 11 am to 8 pm
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with information about games and services.
- Handle ticketing, billing, and POS transactions accurately.
- Guide customers on safety rules and activity usage.
- Resolve guest queries and escalate issues when required.
- Promote offers, events, and birthday packages to customers.
- Ensure smooth flow of guests across all activity zones.
- Coordinate with floor staff and party coordinators for service delivery.
- Collect and share customer feedback with management.
