Customer Support & Sales (Female Only) FULL TIME ON SITE

We are an Edtech Brand (Online Educational Courses of Stock Market), Providing Online Courses To Students All Over India.

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Support & Sales : Training Will Be Provided ✅

• Handling customer questions and providing Answers/Solutions via chat and calls.
• Ensuring students receive their purchased materials as soon as possible.
• Sales Calling Potential Customers for Providing course details & Converting them to sales
• Handling Call Inquires
• Scheduling Zoom Meetings/Webinars & Sending Bulk WhatsApp Messages to Registered Students (No Experience Required...Training Will be Given)
• Making Sure Every Chat & Call inquiry is Answered As soon as possible
• Starting Zoom Meetings on Time

Only Apply if you are 100% Fluent in English (Both Speaking and Writing is Mandatory)

Preferred candidate profile :

Gender: Female

Language Proficiency: 100% fluent in English (both speaking and writing is mandatory)

Optional Experience : Tele-calling or Customer Support Experience is plus But optional (if you don't have experience still you can apply)

Communication Channels:

Must be comfortable and effective providing support & Sales via Chat and Call
