Job Description

Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age: 18 to 35 years
  • Minimum Qualification:12th Pass, or
  • Diploma, or
  • 10th + 2 Years ITI
  • Computer Skills:Basic computer handling & navigation skills
  • Typing Speed:Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints via inbound 

Shift Timings:

  • For Female Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 6 AM to 8 PM (including a 1-hour break)
  • For Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 12 PM to 12 Midnight (including a 1-hour break)

Salary (CTC):

  • Up to ₹15,500/month for Non-Marathi candidates
  • Up to ₹17,500/month for Marathi-speaking candidates
  • Up to ₹20,000/month for English-speaking candidates
  • (All salaries include PF & ESIC)
