Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Customer Support located in Vadodara. The Global Customer Support will make and receive phone calls from USA customers, respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide customer support. The Global Customer Support will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and creating a positive customer experience. The job involves working in night shifts only.

Qualifications

•A Bachelor’s degree

•Ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

•Customer Service and Customer Experience skills for American customers desirable

•Ability to work in a night shifts

•Knowledge of customer service principles

•Great attention to detail

•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

•Experience in a related field is desired
