Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Customer Support process. The role

involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally

- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions

- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

- Update customer details and call information in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate with minimum 1 year of customer support experience

- Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of relevant experience

- Fresher graduates can also apply

Salary Package (CTC):

- Graduate with 1 year experience: 22,000 CTC

- Undergraduate with 6 months experience: 18,000 CTC

Skills Required:

- Fluent English communication (mandatory)

- Good listening and problem-solving skills
