About the Role

The Validation & Reporting Analyst supports end‑to‑end data validation and reporting for NIQ clients. The role focuses on accuracy, scalability, and high‑quality data visualization using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Use SQL to analyze and validate large datasets
• Configure and maintain NIV operational instructions
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across the delivery lifecycle
• Track KPIs and ensure delivery within defined timelines
• Address and resolve internal and client queries efficiently

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Power BI, SQL (Python – added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Stakeholder communication & collaboration
• Experience with FMCG / client data preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with technical exposure to BI tools
• Fluency in English (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
