Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during all dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dental chairs, operatories, and clinic areas.
- Manage patient appointments, calls, and walk-ins at reception.
- Record and update patient details in the software.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and support in clinic operations.
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain daily records.
- Maintain stock and report shortages of materials.
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience to patients.
