Deputy Manager HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor laws
• Preparation and timely payment of PF & ESIC challans
• Filing monthly, quarterly, and annual returns under PF & ESIC
• Ensuring compliance with EPF Act, ESI Act, and other applicable labor laws
• Processing UAN generation, KYC, PF transfer & withdrawal
• Managing ESIC registration, dispensary changes, and employee benefits
• Coordinating with government departments for inspections, notices, and audits
• Maintaining statutory registers, records, and documentation
• Supporting payroll processing with statutory deductions and validations
• Handling employee queries related to PF & ESIC contributions and benefits
• Ensuring statutory compliance for new joiners and exits
• Preparing and submitting online returns through EPFO & ESIC portals
• Keeping track of amendments in labor laws and updating management

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC & labor laws
• Hands-on experience in challan preparation & online filings
• Familiarity with EPFO & ESIC portals
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory calculations
• Good documentation and coordination skills
