Designer - Mechanical

• Preparation of Drawings & Detailing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Tankages, Piping, Support Structures & Platforms, Pipe/Cable Racks. 
• Shall have good understanding of Plant layouts, Equipment layout & Piping layout. 
• Preparation of General Arrangement, Plant Layouts / Plot plan. 
• Preparation of Bill of Material, Nozzle Schedule, Piping Isometrics, Steel Support Frame drawings.
• Knowledge of ASME Material, IS and IBR material required. 
• Skid mounted piping and equipment modules will be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of ASME/IBR/IS welding figures, pipe sizes/schedules, flange standards, fitting standards and hardware etc. will be an added advantage.  
• Experience on 3D modelling using AutoCAD Plant 3D, SP3D, E3D etc..
• Knowledge on OISD, NFPA  standards for safety clearance between equipment's, Buildings etc.
